RE: Life Saving FACEM Acute Trauma Support – Emergency Triage Services
Over the past couple of weeks several of our FSA Paramedic teams have contacted me to compliment and congratulate the support you and your FACEM teams have provided to them carrying out their professional Paramedic duties. This has included successfully managing OSHA outcomes.
One of our Paramedics, recently articulated to me that the FACEM input that was provided to her by your team during a critical incident at Koodaideri was potentially the difference between the life and death of the employee. Both paramedic responders at the incident were enormously appreciative of the remote acute trauma support you gave them during an incredibly complex retrieval that ended successfully with the patient safely delivered into the State Trauma Centre at Royal Perth Hospital.
The fact that our organizations work so effectively together as a team, is testament to the results that we are jointly delivering for our clients.

Thought I’d share some Friday afternoon recognition.
Conducted an info share session on Injury Management and Stakeholder engagement and with our Project HSSE Managers earlier today on Teams.
Part of the intent was to; step and explain the process, 5-Tiered Contact Engagement, empower them and their Back 2 Back / Deputy’s to engage at the right level.
One of the most pleasing outcomes for me was the unscripted and unreserved praise towards yourself and the level of service and support ETS has provided, especially in these trying times. This quorum is generally not easily impressed, and they are very appreciative and impressed with the efforts and support ETS has provided, you have seriously value added to our operations.
So not only is it me that is appreciative, but its across our operations and would like to simply say thank you.
